Faced with multiple deadlines and demands, it can be easy to hear what you expect to hear and seek to move on down your list of tasks, rather than taking the time to listen to what is actually being said. This short article makes so much logic sense. Often when people are frustrated they just want to be vent. There are times when they are actually asking for help and it's listening intently and not interrupting which will help you determine what they are saying. Either a cry for help or just a vent.
