I like this article because it reminds me how important it is  to provide coaching and mentoring in order to support  teams and individuals to be motivated to develop themselves to achieve greater business results and develop their career and that the most effective teams are those that have team members who can see the big picture, break down silos and enjoy working  in a culture that embraces differences in opinions, perspectives and experiences.
