Learned: Focus on outcomes = Creativity from staff / build trust / get to know staff outside work - become aware of their needs / Give ownership / this results in a choice / Recognition is crucial / staff also wants to be visible.

I need to learn to place the focus on outcomes. To leave staff to be creative on their own. To trust them to complete the work. Learn their needs and give them ownership. Recognise them give them visibility from others.
