Really enjoyed this article, definitely resonated with myself.
Think the fact he was given an ultimatum by his first boss gave him the opportunity to realise he had the skill but needed to communicate this within the company and wider audience, and pushed him to put himself out there and grow, which is something that takes guts but that we all need to do at times.

Great to hear his story and also the tips at the end seem good to follow, but also realistic and practical. I look forward to putting them into practice, and gaining more confidence to speak out when needed. Both in my professional life and elsewhere.
