I have learned the difference between a Manager and Leader, manager focusing on the "what" i.e. execution of tasks and leader focusing more on the how/why i.e. how to ensure that teams are performing at their peak and selling the company strategy to the team for the team in order for them to understand how their individual roles contribute towards the company strategy.

I have also learned that the leader has to be authentic ( do what you say and say what you do, even when no one is looking) and built trust with the rest of the team.
Learn to speak last (and be a great listener) , observe everyone input and be open to constructive criticism. 

The leanings from this video will definitely make me a better leader, I will be brave, confident and take calculated risks. Allowing my teams to do them same and challenge the status quo for the betterment of the organisation.
