This Article highlighted some key principals that are essential for building high quality teams. Knowing these principals and being able to focus on them will improve my team building skills.

My objective in reading this article was to improve my ability to build effective teams. I believe that this article has helped me to do that.

The impact of this training will be the building of stronger, more effective teams helping my teams to contribute more to the organisation and get more fulfilment form their role as part of the team. This should benefit the wider organisation through improved performance and demonstrate my willingness to learn new skills beyond the technical accounting core skills. This should help career progression.
