The questions he asks are useful to keep in mind in any project /change event

requirement to answer later

  • the impact on people...break down silos/educate
  • what is the user experience  staff  and then customer
  • total company view to embrace the change and co ordinate
  • what do we need to deliver - product /solution etc
  • did we measure the result correctly
  • what did we learn and can we share this
  • Company culture should accept and embrace learnings from failure
We need to ensure these 'processes' need to be put in place early

Interesting view the  customer comes LAST ...back office processed tested first then when the technology works then bring forward ...make common sense .

Is this not testing (uat)  ..correctly?

Failure factors - to watch and monitor
sr manager disengage
red tape culture
strategy - why ? then technology requirement ..?

Interesting and valid in project delivery from my experience senior management active support is essential    good reminders

Interesting Podcast.

It was good to understand the jargon used in future technology

To be aware of the future technology and how it will impact on the business leader role is useful to be able to better "add value" to the client for the future.

Data management will be a more valuable asset for businesses on the future and how to access this, keep this secure, keep it up to date.
