Very good video on problem Solving

Use to 5 whys to identify the problem. Especially important to separate the symptoms from the disease

Refrain the probem: this is   in my view important to really solve the issue. Use the How might statements to frame correctly the problem

Generate ideas

Evaluate: this technique is interesting using two parameters: how easy is to implement and what is the impact
