What competencies did I develop?

  • The business environment has become very chaotic, and leadership is not about what one feels, but what comes my way. We should not lead based on speculation, but based on facts.
What can I do, that I could not do before?

  • Most of my team members consist of millenniums and Gen Z and I have learnt to embrace diversity and to be more adaptable.
Did I meet my objective

  • I think leadership and leadership styles is not static , it is a continuous adaptation to the situation and circumstances. It’s not a one size fit all.
