The mentoring programme is an effective way to reduce staff turnover and retain the right staff,

The mentoring program helps employees to perform the task well, the productivity increases. It increases the chance of working with internal & external stakeholders. It creates the visibility of the tasks performed by the employee. Therefore there is a higher chance for promotion

The company save cost on recruitment and training fee due to staff retention which is created by the mentoring programme.
