The programme requires a great level of maturity from all parties.  What is not clear for me is how this maturity was developed as it fails to capture the hard core learnings which were undertaken to build this capacity.  I cannot believe that the programme started off without a hitch from the beginning.


Positives for this programme however show that careers can be effectively marketed, managed to allow for talent growth.  These are good steps in the process to show how diversity and alignment can be attached to a clear well thought through methodology.
