The article gave my on overview of legal and regulatory aspect of cash pooling. As this is major form of internal cash management in the company i'm currently working, understanding of cash pool structure complexity help me improve working capital project i'm leading. Licensing elements seems to be crucial part of legal due diligence before setting up cash pool structure.
