The CIMA Strategic Scorecard (‘the scorecard’) is a tool that is being developed by CIMA. A trial of the concept has been undertaken within CIMA and pilots are being initiated in a small number of major organisations. The aim of this preliminary paper is to provide an overview of the scorecard concept and its current state of development in order to facilitate further discussion and debate. (PDF 202KB)
