Standing up and resisting unethical conduct is never easy, especially if one's supervisor or senior management seems to be pushing for a particular outcome.

As Ana shows us however, it can be very rewarding and affirming to stand up for your convictions and follow the proper channels, clearly showing and documenting why a certain course of action cannot be accepted and must be corrected.
