A short article that mainly underlines the point that carbon emmissions accross the globe are not being reduced at a quick enugh rate.

Countries placing carbon costs on companies may be a good place to start but countries choosing to invest in clean energy. Perhapse Nuclear Fission for now although it creates waste that is difficult to dispose of this is something that could be solved in the future. Perhapse trading one issue now for one in the future...
