This article discusses three short term strategies namely how will the interactions between workers, partners and customers change; financial survival; and adapting the planning and management processes post pandemic. Each area is examined but it is clear that in terms of risk management the present reliance on supply chains and relationships needs to change.

Topics covered:
  • Management accounting: Technical: Risk management & internal control: Risk identification & assessment, Advanced

Excellent article with some challenging questions.

The collaboration requirement in setting the new norm will be an interesting development as we go forward.

I myself have been working from home and I can see first hand the added difficulties this can bring for an employee, which inevitably mangement and organisations will have to adapt to also.
