Nearly seven years after the Great Recession, economic and political uncertainty continues to plague business decision-making and the roles and responsibilities of CPAs continue to expand. Part of a new series, this one-hour CPE course explores key economic, personnel and regulatory issues which will have a substantial impact on financial and accounting decisions for years to come.

Leadership and the Tone at the Top will examine and walk-through key elements of leadership and how the CPA or financial executive can impact the tone at the top of the organization. Special focus will be given to the role of the financial professional in establishing core values and/or a code of ethics in the organization.
